Third Party Monitoring for USAID-Funded Program in MENA Region

i-APS desigend and implemented a mixed-methods third-party monitoring system providing indepdent and verifiable data to Global Communities for their USAID FFP (now BHA) funded program in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

i-APS designed tools and methods to monitor food assistance, conducted baseline/midline/endline for assessing trends in food security indicators; bi-monthly monitoring of program sites and reporting (including post-distribution monitoring and beneficiary satisfaction) and periodic quality checks of warehouse for the four types of support provided by the program (ready to eat rations and monthly food baskets, kitchen garden kits and bakery and mill support). i-APS provided monthly and annual reporting, supporting adapative management by the implementing partner.
