Senior Project Manager, Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) and Research

Tuul is a seasoned project manager with a strong background in public health, disaster management, and climate change. Her academic credentials, including a BA in Linguistics from Mongolia and an MSc in Public Health from the University of the West of England, provide a solid foundation for her work.

Throughout her career, Tuul has been involved in numerous international projects funded by organizations such as USAID, UNFPA, WHO, and the European Union. Her experience as a researcher and project officer has equipped her with the skills necessary to manage complex projects and coordinate with diverse teams.

In her current role as a Project Manager for i-APS, Tuul is responsible for overseeing a third-party monitoring project for UNFPA. This project involves managing a wide range of activities, including the design of data collection tools and methods, monitoring pharma activities and supply chains, assessing protection centers and hospitals, and coordinating with international and national experts, data analysts, and field monitors. Tuul's ability to manage such a complex project, with its many stakeholders and moving parts, is a testament to her leadership and organizational skills.
