Ms. Tamer holds a Diploma in Tourism Sciences from Damascus University and a diploma in Business Administration.

With over 10 years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, operations, and third-party monitoring business development, Ms. Tamer has a proven track record of success in Syria. For the past 4 years, Ms. Tamer has implemented and managed activities for i-APS in Syria, demonstrating her ability to find technically oriented solutions and drive organizational learning and development. A skilled communicator and coordinator, Ms. Tamer excels at organizing, delivering training, planning, and supporting teams to implement project activities and create change.


As a Third-Party Monitoring Coordinator and Capacity Development Officer for i-APS in Syria, Ms. Tamer manages projects out of Damascus funded by FAO, UNDP, IFRC, NRC and World Vision across diverse sectors, including health, agriculture, livelihoods, education, and protection. Ms. Tamer responsibilities encompass field coordination, client management, training and capacity development, quality assurance, and overseeing the analysis and reporting functions.
