End to end supply chain in 31 countries

We are pleased that over the next four years we will be supporting the largest humanitarian agency in the world, delivering food assistance to over hundred million people across 83 countries. To do so, they operate a complex global #logistics and #distribution #network .

🌍To support their global and country specific efforts, we may be conducting a comprehensive assurance review of the end to end supply chain in 31 countries. Our team will be working on identifying potential risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps that may compromise the integrity of the supply chain.

We will be working at the global and country level to assess effectiveness of existing control measures, policies and procedures, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen integrity, transparency and accountability within the supply chain. 

This work builds upon our supply chain management work in the healthcare sector, including pharmaceutical supply chain management, #lastmiledelivery #lastmilelogistics, food safety and quality control, and distribution management and review.
