The client: IRCS 

📅 Time implementation: April – July, 2015 Methodology: Desk and literatures review of IRCS organizational structure and mandate, IRCS strategic plan goals and objectives verification. 

Training needs baseline assessment, KIIs with senior and midlevel staff of IRCS, Delivered PMER training for 10 departments and 18 branch offices of IRCS across the country. Assist the departments and branch offices in developing their operational plan based on the goals and objectives of the strategic plan. 

Develop consolidate operation plan for IRCS for 2015-2016.
